New Shows

Lots of great new shows will be starting in the next few weeks here at WGBB. On Sunday, June 1st, Relationship Whispers will debut at 7:30pm. Host Ronnie Sonnenberg talks about relationships, and how to help to keep your marriage on track. Later the same evening at 9:00pm, Sports Radio NY debuts. WGBB's own Rob Kowal will host the debut show featuring the hosts of a network of New York sports related talk shows, each of which will be a part of a regular rotation in Sunday evenings 9:00pm hour. Finally, on Saturday June 7th, look for the the debut of the One Hour of Spiritual Power from 8:00am to 9:00am. Other great new shows are in the wkrs here at the station, so be sure to check back for the the latest programming WGBB has to offer!

Tony Awards Special

On night before the 62nd annual Tony Awards at Radio City Music Hall, WGBB will air a live special devoted to the Tonys and the 2007-08 Broadway season. DAVE LEFKOWITZ, host of WGBB's Dave's Gone By, hosts for the fourth consecutive year, and he’ll be joined by New York Post columnist MICHAEL RIEDEL and "Two On the Aisle" TV personality, JEFF GOODMAN. Tune in for special guests (including Tony nominees!), critics giving their predictions, quizzes, prizes, show tunes and more! Be sure to tune in....

TWO NEW SHOWS

New shows coming to WGBB include The Rhema Word Radio Show, which will be heard Saturday mornings from 10:30am to 11:00am starting May 17th. Also, be sure to catch Relationship Whispers with Ronnie Sonnenberg on Sunday nights from 7:30pm to 8:00pm starting June 1st. New Shows Next Week

This Monday March 31st, from 7:00pm to 7:30, be sure to check out the one-time only airing of 7 HORSES- original folk, rock music by Joanne Filips and Phil Russo. Starting on Tuesday, April 1st don't miss The Authority Radio Show from 9:00pm to 10:00pm, a radio quartet comprised of an edgy and funny group of characters... The group has gone under lots of changes with both direction and personnel, and they are now ready to get back on the radio and to have some fun. Check them out every Tuesday night at 9:00pm!

WGBB on TV

WGBB's own Bonnie D. Graham, host of Up Close and Personal every Friday night from 6:00pm to 7:00pm, also hosts a weekly television program, Something to Talk About. Last week she taped two shows focusing on topics in both radio, and the life of a host at WGBB. On the program were WGBB show hosts Rob Kowal (NY Hockey Talk), Chester Jackson (Adopting Teens & Tweens), Victor Fusco (Labor Lines), Joel Blumberg (Sports Break & Silver Screen Audio), and Belkis (The Comic Book Novice). Look for the show to air on Cablevision Nassau & W. Suffolk Digital IO 115 [Woodbury System] are Wednesday, March 26 at 7 PM [Part 1] and Monday, April 7 at 9 PM [Part 2]. The shows will re-air in the summer on IO 115 in this new Monday time slot.
